1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services, info products or goods from Tax Planning Center, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

2. Services

Tax Optimization Consulting services include personalized reviews, strategy sessions and follow-up advice to help you optimize your obligations. Details of each package are provided at the time of purchase.

3. Info Products

Digital guides, tutorials and courses are offered to support self-guided planning efforts. Access is provided online immediately upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical materials, workbooks and printed resources are available for purchase. Delivery timelines and shipping details are presented during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations within 5 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. After this period, requests are not refundable due to the preparatory work and resource allocation required. However, you may transfer your scheduled service appointment to another available date at no extra cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.

5.2 Info Products

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be granted in order to protect the integrity of content delivery. You may transfer your access entitlement to another individual within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Items that are damaged or not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return.
